Gempa Padang

Belum lama berselang dari gempa yang melanda yogyakarta, pada7 September kemarin. Padang Pada Hari ini 30 September 2009 terjadi gempa dengan kekuatan 7,6 SR lebih kurang pukul 17.00 WIB. Getaran gempa juga saya rasakan, kebetulan saya tinggal di Bengkulu, ada lebih kurang 1 menit gempa yang saya rasakan. Untung lah gempa yang saya rasakan tidak sebesar dengan pusat gempa nya.

Pada pukul 17.38 WIB terjadi gempa susulan di padang dengan kekuatan 6.2 SR, pada 0,72 LS-99.94 BT ( 22 km Barat Daya Pariaman). Gempa ini hampir di rasakan seluruh sumatra, baik Bengkulu, Sumut, Riau, Jambi dan daerah lain nya.

Untuk itu mari bersama- sama kita berdoa agar tidak terjadi gempa susulan yang melanda Padang dan Tsunami lagi yang melanda Indonesia.

JANGAN PAKE TELKOMSELFLASH

Judul di atas emang pantas untuk kondisi saat ini. Di karenakan kebijakan baru dari TelkomselFlash memotong quota 2GB menjadi 500mb, setelah over quota speednya 64Kbps + DC. Hahahaha. Ironis memang apa yang dilakukan oleh pihak TelkomFlash, pengen meningkatkan pelayanan pada pelanggan malah salah cara yang dilakukan nya. Kalau mau meningkatkan layanan, seharusnya telkomsel upgrade/tambah server, tambah jaringan, tambah BTS, dll, bukannya memotong kapasitas quota.


Lantas apa guna kita buat perjanjian + materai ??? tidak ada guna nya sama sekali yang ada itu sebagai tameng telkomsel untuk lepas tangan terhadap kasus ini. Coba perhatikan pasal2 berikut yang terdapat dalam perjanjian.

Pasal 13 :
Pelanggan menyatakan pihaknya sepenuhnya mengerti dan menyetujui bahwa kecepatan akses TELKOMSELFlash dapat berubah-rubah bergantung pada cakupan jaringan, lokasi, perangkat yang digunakan, banyaknya pengguna jaringan dan tipe/volume data yang sedang diakses.

Pasal 14 :
TELKOMSEL tidak menjamin bahwa TELKOMSELFlash tidak akan terputus dari waktu ke waktu ketika digunakan dan TELKOMSEL juga tidak menjamin bahwa TELKOMSELFlash tidak akan pernah terganggu.

Pasal 5
Setiap saat selama berlakunya perjanjian ini, TELKOMSEL berhak mengubah syarat dan ketentuan fair usage.
Pada pasal 5 pihak telkomsel sudah lepas tangan terhadap masalah ini. Dia berhak memotong quota kapan pun, dan kita sudah menyetujui nya :hammer:
Sebelum pemotongan speed dan quota TelkomselFlash juga sudah jelek. Ini dari pengalaman pribadi saya, mau ngecek email tidak bisa, mau Facebook kadang mau kadang enggak, mau update Blog 1 minggu setelah update baru keliatan hasil nya. Apalagi di tambah dengan keadaan sekarang. Yang terjadi malah pembodohan public, gimana mau pintar rakyat Indonesia, jika dari pihak provider melakukan pembodohan terhadap saudara sebangsanya. Janji pak menteri pun tinggalah janji TIDAK ADA AKSES INTERNET MURAH yang ada TARIF YANG TERUS NAIK dan TERUS NAIK. Sampai kapanpun Di INDONESIA tidak ADA AKSES INTERNET MURAH yang ADA MAHAL. Jika ingin akses yang Cepat dan murah JANGAN TINGGAL DI INDONESIA.

Terakhir saya menyarankan buat pelanggan2 baru telkomselFlash, JANGAN PAKE TELKOMSELFLASH jika tidak anda akan mendapat masalah baru. TELKOMSEL BEGITU DEKAT BEGITU NYATA BODOH NYA.

Gempa yogyakarta

Gempa kali ini melanda Daerah Istiwemah Jogjakarta 07 September 2009, tepat nya 263km tenggara daerah Wonosari dengan kekuatan 6,8 SR pukul 23.12 WIB dengan lokasi 10.33LS-110.62BT dengan Kedalaman 35Km. Meski tidak berpotensi tsunami, getarannya bahkan dirasakan di Yogyakarta, Bantul, Gunung Kidul, Wonosari, Cilacap, Karang Kates, Jawa Timur hingga Bali.

Gempa yogyakarta ini berselang kurang lebih 1 minggu dengan gempa yang melanda jawabarat. Ada baik nya kita mengambil hikmah dari musibah ini, mungkin sebagai peringatan Allah swt untuk lebih taat dalam beribadah khusus nya pada bulan ramadhan ini.

Golput pilihanku

Golput adalah HARAM hukum nya !!! MUI apakah tangan tuhan ??? Di dalam hadist mana yang mengharamkanya ??? Mui hanya lembaga Islam, hanya Tuhan yang menentukan Halal dan Haram.

Indonesia 9 april 2009 akan mengadakan pemilu legislatif, baik tingkat daerah maupun tingkat Nasional. Hari itu dimana digaung2kan sebagai hari untuk perubahan yang lebih baik. Ironis memang dengan kata2 perubahan lebih baik para caleg(calon legislatif) berlomba lomba untuk menjadi wakil rakyat dengan segala cara. Apakah niat para Caleg itu Tulus??? Jawaban yang Tepat adalah mereka Pembohong !!! Kenapa saya beragumen demikian, Diantara 100% jumlah Caleg yang mengikuti pemilu hanya 1-5% saja caleg yang benar2 ingin menjalankan tugas dengan tulus, Selebihnya mereka hanya mengejar Harta, Kekuasaan dan kekayaan.

Tidak ada yang mau menghambur2kan uang untuk kampanye jika tidak ada imbalan yang setimpal, betul tidak ??? saya rasa jawaban anda Betul,. Imbalan apa yang mereka harapkan,. Harta,kekuasan,tunjangan kehidupan, dan tunjangan lainnya yang bersifat menguntungkan. Lantas dimana letak ketulusan para caleg ini?? Saya sangat pesimis dengan ketulusan para caleg pada pemilu kali ini. Pemilu 2009 ini caleg yang terdaftar 100% meningkat dibandingkan dengan Pemilu 2004. Apakah ini merupakan Faktor demokrasi yang diagung2 selama ini. Demokrasi adalah kekuasaan tertinggi ada di tangan rakyat, suara rakyat suara Tuhan. Setelah selesai pemilu apakah mereka akan mengikuti suara rakyat??? MUSTAHIL,, merekalah yang menentukan kemana angin berhembus. Parlemen adalah permujudan kekuasaan rakyat, dipilih oleh rakyat dan bertanggung jawab kepada rakyat. Demokrasi akan berhenti manakala aspirasi rakyat disalurkan melalui parlemen. Dan parlemen sendiri sudah memakai baju kekuasaanya.Dan rakyat kembali dikecewakan dengan yang namanya PEMILU.

Lantas pemikiran rakyat pun berubah, siapa pun yang memimpin tidak ada bedanya. Yang miskin tetap miskin, pendidikan sangat mahal, pengangguran meningkat, kesehatan semakin mahal. kemudian Dimana letak perubahan yang lebih baik itu ??? tanyakan kepada hati nurani mereka !!!

Saya menulis ini hanya sebuah pemikiran saya yang sudah muak dengan para elite politik di negara ini yang selalu bertamengkan rakyat, padahal yang mereka kejar hanya kekuasaan dan kekayaan. Saya berfikir jika setiap pemilu seperti ini maka bukan tidak mungkin akan terjadi lagi yang namanya Revolusi. Indonesia akan kembali kehilangan putra – putri terbaik mereka.

Beberapa waktu ini saya mendapatkan pesan eror pada windows berupa

Eror ini bukan eror biasa, ini merupakan akibat yang ditimbulkan oleh worm.
Windows nya akan menjadi eror dan koneksi internet tidak bisa diakses. akibat nya modem harus di restar.

Menyebalkan memang, sedang asyk2 nya browsing tiba2 koneksi internet eror padahal tidak ada gangguan dari pihak ISP nya. fiuhh

Lalu Bagaimana mengatasinya ???
Pihak microsoft sendiri sudah menambal kelemahan ini dengan mengeluarkan patch nya.
namun apa yang saya alami, patch yang dikeluarkan oleh microsoft ternyata menimbulkan permasalahan baru yaitu File sharing yang ada tidak bisa di akses dalam artian patch dari microsoft menutup port 135 dan 445 yang biasa digunakan untuk share file pada jaringan Lokal.


Namun permasalahan ini bisa diatasi. Saya disini menggunakan WinsockXPFix. Software ini mereset setingan jaringan LAN kesetingan awal.

jadi tidak ada masalah tanpa jalan Keluar.
